  • Danielle Baynes

    writer/director/producer

    Danielle Baynes is an actor, writer and director based in Sydney, Australia.

    Nominated for an Australian Writers’ Guild Award (AWGIE) and Australian Directors' Guild Award for her short film, COLD HEARTS. Co-written and co-directed with Yolanda Ramke, Cold Hearts won Best Narrative Short and Exceptional Emerging Artist awards at the Hollywood Film Festival 2017 and has played in competition at Flickerfest Short Film Festival, Newport Beach Film Festival, For Film's Sake Festival and Brooklyn Women’s Film Festival. Danielle is currently in development as creator/co-writer of new teen sci-fi series, SECOND TIME, produced by Thumper Pictures with support from Screen Australia. Her second short film, COMMENTS, will be released in 2022. Recently awarded the BRUNY20 Artist Fellowship for film, Danielle directed her short film GHOST GEAR on Bruny Island, Tasmania in August 2021. She is currently developing the feature film version of Ghost Gear. Other development projects include tv drama horror series with co-writer Mohini Herse.

  • Lottie Aspinall

    producer

    Born and raised in London, Lottie moved to Sydney in 2017 after the completion of a bachelors degree in Literature. Having worked as a PA at some of London’s top production companies including Pulse Films and 2am Films - Lottie joined Sweetshop from 2018 - 2020. After freelancing at many of Sydney’s top production companies she joined Rabbit as full time production manager/junior producer. Alongside working in production on large scale TVC’s, Lottie is an emerging producer. Most recent projects include Don’t Forget to Go Home a short film written and directed by Victoria Thompson (MFF 2020 & 2021) and Comments, written and directed by Danielle Baynes (currently in Post Production).

    Christopher is a freelance cinematopgrapher based in Sydney, Australia. His credits include Mr Inbetween for FX, Cannes winning short film ‘Backpedal’, and numerous commericals and music videos.

  • Lily Davis

    editor

    After a childhood split almost exclusively between the video store and making films in her backyard Lily found her home in the edit suite. Shortly after graduating from AFTRS she began at The Editors, where she had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercials, short films and music videos. Lily’s love of storytelling led her to documentary. In 2020 she co-edited her first feature documentary Run, which earned her a nomination for Best Editing in a Feature Documentary at the Australian Screen Editors Awards.

  • Sharin Yofitasari

    motion designer

    Sharin is a Melbourne-based Motion Designer who specialises in 2D Motion. She moved to Australia from Indonesia to study Animation and fell in love with life in Melbourne. Most of her work involves typography & collage animation, but is not limited to. When she's not working, you can find her playing with her cat Draco, watching thriller films, or redoing her financial spreadsheets.

  • Daniel Fletcher

    Daniel Fletcher is a director and designer based in Sydney, Australia.

    As a creative researcher and treatment designer, Dan has developed projects with award-winning directors, cinematographers and production designers across the globe, spanning feature films, television, music videos, theatre and commercials.

    With the support of Screen Australia, Dan was director’s attachment to Justin Kurzel on SNOWTOWN, joining him again as assistant on TRUE HISTORY OF THE KELLY GANG.

    He has directed music videos as well as commercials for clients including Telstra, Prospa, Western Sydney University, Jacob’s Creek and Welcome Merchant.

    Dan is currently Creative Director at Rabbit Australia.

  • Rachel Pengilly

    actor, ‘maddie’

    Rachel Pengilly is an award-winning Australian actor and storyteller. She trained in Theatre and Performance at the University of New England, completing a Bachelor of Arts. Currently, Rachel is one of the Artistic Directors at Ribix Productions. Working professionally across film and theatre, Rachel was most recently seen onstage as Lizzie in Wolf Lullaby (Echo Theatre) in her professional stage debut, receiving critical acclaim.

    Alicia is an award-winning production and costume designer for film and live performance who has worked across Australia and the UK.

    Recent projects include Born to Spy for ABC TV and The Tailings for SBS On Demand. Alicia's theatre work is seen at companies such as Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company, Black Swan State Theatre Company, Bell Shakespeare, Pinchgut Opera, Ensemble Theatre, and The Hayes Theatre Co. In 2019 she was invited to the Berlinale Talents, which recognises the top emerging film artists from around the globe.
